Remote feedback fails when it's vague. Sherley shares her Behavior → Impact → Fix formula ('You delayed reinforcement 6 seconds → motivation dropped → reinforce within 1–2 seconds'), the 'one priority correction at a time' rule, immediate model-and-rehearsal ('pause, watch me, now you run the next 3 trials'), tracking baseline-versus-post-coaching integrity within the session, and closing with a micro-goal for next time.
